Third Party Inspection

When engaging a third party inspector, make sure you are not sending inspector with same qualification as the factory Outgoing QC inspector, otherwise it will end up doing the lousy job twice.
One can't be a competent inspector without engineering and manufacturing background and experience, and hence these are the basic requirements of our Quality Engineers. The inspection, communication and reporting are performed by the same engineer independently and this is how we are able to deliver the official Inspection Reports within a few hours after the completion of inspection. Such capability also enable our engineer to real time feedback personally (by phone and email) to our client any critical issues detected for immediate containment action.
